Honestly, I have no idea how to write for something. I want to act like I know something because it protects my ego. I’ve forgotten how to be okay with not knowing, as a child we thought adults were gods that protected but as we grow up, we realise we know nothing in life. Sometimes we forget we are animals just like others. We’ve gone through evolution just like the others, we have triggers in our brains to make us want to do something again (Dopamine).
This is my first real post in this site. I’m ready for life as it comes. I set myself up to win.
This is me; I have no idea what I’m doing but I’m taking the first step, that is courage.
I’m going to keep posting on this blog until I find something.
Here are things that have worked for me in achieving my own goals.
-Just keep doing it until you reach a sense of personal achievement.
-Find that thing that picks you up no matter what happens, what other people think about you, what your situation is.
-Following the book by Darren Hardy called The Compound Effect.
-1% change to your life will amount to MASSIVE CHANGE!
-Wake up early; I wake up at 6:00-6:30 – Successful people wake up early!
-Winners are trackers! Have you heard of a successful athlete who doesn’t track the things they do everyday?
